FORT PETH

Brief :
A 7-acre site of untouched landscape with a view to massive & beautiful mountain ranges, situated at the base point of the trek to fort Peth at Karjat. The client wanted to create a pause point before the hikers commence the trek to the mighty fort. In order to promote the trek & build an economy in the village, we proposed a second home – luxury villa scheme, to ideate a 1-day trek to the fort followed by a night stay at the property. The topography of the site is such that it cascades to give every villa a panoramic view of the valley while the villas towards the western side have a clear view of the Peth fort.
We categorized the layout in 3 typologies –
a) 3BHK villa with lap pool & jacuzzi
b) 2BHK villa with garden
c) Studio rooms
In addition to the habitable structures, we also designed the club house and recreational building.
