We are a group of professionals with a great deal of experience in diversified Real Estate projects. SnG Consultants combines our expert knowledge and technical understanding of architecture and development to provide a unique concept of professional consultancy.

Our projects range from redevelopment of residential buildings, multi-scalar commercial complexes, housing schemes and second home bungalow designs. We have completed over 200 residential & 20 commercial buildings within Mumbai along with 5-6 villa layouts & 25 bungalows all over India.

Sanjay Bhoite
Sanjay has almost 35 years ‘experience in planning & designing and has designed numerous layouts and stand-alone buildings all over the country. His ability to plan in challenging constraints and optimizing the constricted open spaces that the dense city of Mumbai permits is unmatched.
He started his career as an architectural assistant with one of the top Indian Architect – G. K. Vanwari based in Mumbai.
His vast knowledge and experience in Building Design and Services along with added expertise in project approvals and sanctions throughout the lifecycle of building projects has gained him considerable respect from both clients and authorities. Sanjay has been a core member of the design team on high-end projects of Mumbai like Hiranandani Gardens at Powai, Raheja Universal, K. Raheja Corp., Ahuja Builders, etc.
Having been head of the department of design within the G. K. Vanwari Consultancy, Sanjay has ventured out to start his own consultancy. He has a fully functional 500 sq. ft. office in Bandra with the strength of more than 10 professionally competent staff.
He is a member of the Practicing Engineers Architects and Town Planners Association (PEATA) and a fellow of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA).
Sanjay will even go the extra mile to customize each and every apartment in a high rise if requested by the home owners. Patience, promptness and convergent thinking are the foremost virtues that has led him to be at the top of his game today.
