Brief :
PBA is a large commercial complex with over 200 office spaces, each containing toilets and pantry area. The developer had an eye for classical architecture which as a result became the concept for the façade design. The elements of the façade are carefully chosen by the client and crafted by us to bring together a one in a kind commercial experience. In today’s time of un-economical and un-sustainable commercial design of meaningless glass facades in Mumbai’s climatic region, this project stands out as environment friendly commercial design.
